Website enquiries
Our contact links open your email application. When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond, discuss an engagement, and maintain the correspondence needed for that relationship. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Free resources
Free downloads do not require registration or an email address. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages when you download a resource or send an enquiry.
Paid resources and external checkout
Where a product page links to an external checkout, that provider processes the purchase under its own privacy information and terms. We do not ask you to email payment card details. Purchase information made available to Authentia may be used for fulfilment and customer support.
Pages without an active checkout link offer an email enquiry about the product. No payment is collected by those pages.
Website delivery and third-party services
Your browser sends requests to the hosting services that deliver this website and its assets. These requests include technical information such as an IP address and browser details. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Hosting and performance monitoring
Cloudflare delivers and helps secure this website. It may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect its services. Cloudflare Web Analytics also provides cookieless page-view and performance monitoring, separate from the optional Google Analytics described below.

Optional Google Analytics
On authentia.ca and www.authentia.ca, Google Analytics 4 is off until you accept analytics. With your permission, it records page views and selected actions, such as free resource downloads, sample link clicks, and contact link clicks, to help us understand how the website is used. This Google Analytics setup does not send data from local previews or staging hosts.
The site uses a fixed set of page and resource identifiers for analytics. It does not send email message text, query strings, or URL fragments in these events. A contact link click does not confirm that an email was sent or an enquiry was received. We do not use advertising features, Google signals, or user-provided data collection.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for 90 days. If you accept, analytics cookies use a 90-day expiry setting. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences; withdrawal stops further collection by this site and clears its Google Analytics cookies.
The Analytics property is currently configured for two months of event-data retention and 14 months of user-data retention, with user retention reset on new activity enabled. These settings are separate from the browser cookie and consent-choice periods.
Use and retention
We use enquiry information for the purpose of handling your request and related business correspondence. We keep information for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your requests
You can contact us to ask about the information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for optional communications. The rights available to you and any exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances. We will consider requests under the applicable requirements.
